If you complete a user profile, your profile and user ID number may be visible to other Service users, but will only permit access to information that is considered public or that you have designated as public in your settings. In addition, your first and last names and profile picture are considered “public” on any Company Sites that offer direct access to Company games and search engines may index this publicly available information. You will have the option to opt-out of public indexing of your public profile information. Friends and other users of the Service will see your name, profile photo and descriptions of your game activity. They may also be able to see your game profile, which may include your name or a “game name” and your profile photo, which in certain cases can reveal your SNS User ID number or Service user ID, and may, if accessing the Service through an SNS, allow others to view the public information associated with your related SNS or Company account. Other players may also be able to send you game requests or even friend requests through the related SNS’ communication channels.
Unless you give your consent, we do not directly share personal information with third party advertisers for their marketing purposes. We may share aggregated information (i.e., not specifically identifiable to you); anonymous information; and certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Service and on the websites of third parties. Company will retain records relating to payments or customer service matters for legal and accounting purposes. If you have sent or posted content on the Service, we may not be able to delete it.
